Career Coach

A career coach facilitates the SkilldocTM technology, preparing job seekers to best communicate their skills when applying for employment.

Responsibilities include:

• Use the Skilldoc TM system to devise a carefully planned Career Path, Resume and Job Search strategy
• Prepare job seeker for upcoming interviews
• Contact job seeker to follow up on progress
• Conduct weekly online presentations describing the Skilldoc TM employment strategies
• Attend the Get Back to Work Now career events in the assigned territories
• Use the Skilldoc TM system to assist job seeker with their resumes

We look for:

• Strong writing skills
• Prefer 3 years of human resource experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be a critical thinker
