What does a Territory Manager at BJM do?

Territory Managers help connect employers, employment resources and skilled professionals in each territory. By uncovering confirmed jobs, Territory Managers present open positions in each territory and host the Get Back to Work Now events.

Responsibilities include:

• Schedule and secure locations for events in the assigned territories
• Invite employers with open positions to meet with local talent (in person) at our events
• Build community relationships
• Invite employment resources with employer contacts to meet with local talent at our events
• Organize and host scheduled events
