From Hope to Hire is a program sponsored by the National Employment Council and in partnership with Best Jobs Magazine structured to create employment opportunities within our communities. This program partners with local businesses to help lower unemployment and energize the local economies. This program offers two options:
Historically small businesses have been at the forefront of every economic recovery. A central piece to the economic recovery is in lowering unemployment. The goal is to create employment opportunities for every person in every community.
Using the help of professional employment experts and the trade-marked system the Hidden Step®, The From Hope to Hire program systematically moves job seekers to secure and settle in their new careers.
By sponsoring just one job seeker, you are helping speed up the process of finding employment for that person. As a sponsor, your company is promoted for 60 days. Learn more

Job Seekers register for the From Hope to Hire program at hosted career events.
Your company sponsors one or a group of job seekers already registered on this program. You may choose among two programs: The Business Sponsorship Package or the Corporate Sponsorship package
Your company receives the profile of the sponsored job seeker
Sponsored job seeker receives full copies of the Hidden Step series and gains access to the Hidden Step workshops
A job search assistant is assigned to the job seeker
Sponsored applicant completes the quality check workshop to ensure the career path, resume and handling the interview are carefully prepared.
Sponsored job seeker is coached until employment is secured.
Your company is promoted for 60 days.
The problem
of unemployment is not one of lacking jobs, but one of communication.
Job seekers have not had to look for employment for years, and some, not for decades. Applicants today are puzzled by the new job market and the lack of responses to the same resume they had no difficulty drawing attention to previously.
This is because today the resume is the key to getting noticed by employers and most find it difficult to communicate years of experience on one page. Employers with open positions are just as eager in filling their open positions with the right talent as job seekers are in finding employment. Yet, job seekers find themselves disconnected from the employers who are looking for their skills.
We help people communicate their skills so clearly that employers looking for those skills can find our job seekers easily.


Applicants are systematically coached through the Roadmap™, a trademarked system while using the Hidden Step® Series as the guide.

When you help groups of people within

* This event can be attended by your HR team to meet with hundreds of local job seekers in your area, or this can be extended to other employers in the area. Other employers can then attend the event to offer employment opportunities to job seekers, compliments of your organization.
